A social media management project for a non-profit in Toronto, Ontario.

The Brand

ShareChange is an app that combines saving and doing good. It is a  non-profit organization that uses donation and fundraising to empower someone with microcredit - to start a business, expand their farm, or go to school.

In this project, I was able to structure my workflow as a social media manager, expand my content creation and design ideas, improve my copywriting techniques, and take my social media management role up a notch.

The Concept:

This is a volunteer work that aimed to managed the day to day social media posts and contribute to the development of broader marketing and customer experience strategies. I joined as a contributor of social media strategy, media approach, optimization to actual content creation of visuals and graphic text copy.
